board member named to board of Kinderhook bank
Albany, New York - April 24, 2006
Anthony S. Maney has been elected to the board of
directors of the National Union Bank of Kinderhook
and to the board of the Kinderhook Bank Corp., according
to bank President Robert Sherwood.
Maney,
a partner in the law firm Maney, McConville &
Liccardi, P.C., has played a leading role in Rensselaer
County business and charitable causes for many years.
He served as a part-time assistant public defender
for Albany Coutny from 1990-1997 and, during that
time, also served as an adjunct professor of business
law at Hudson Valley Community College. He also served
as the corporation counsel for the city of Rensselaer.
Maney
is active in the real estate field and has acted as
counsel to numerous major developments. He serves
as a member of the board of directors for the Juvenile
Diabetes Research Foundation, Northeastern New York
Chapter and is a board member for NextRidge.
Maney
graduated from Clarkson University in 1987 with a
mechanical engineering degree and received his juris
doctor from Albany Law School in 1990. He joined Maney,
McConville & Liccardi, P.C. the same year. The
firm has served the Capital District area as a general
practice law firm for more than 25 years and has received
the Martindale Hubbell's highest rating.
